Saturday

cereal for breakfast

eggplant for lunch

pizza (whole wheat with sauce and sundried tomatoes and onions and 2 ice teas)

1 rootbear

Sunday

cereal

coffee w/milk and 1 pink sweet and low

lasagna

sweet and sour chicken with white rice and 1 can of sprite
(ended up with achy hands and ankles)

Today:

20 oz coffee 2 equals and yellow sugar (yep them)
4 slices of bacon and white toast and omelet (with cheese)

in the afternoon 1 Chocolate by Death and 1 rice krispy square. 20 oz coffee

dinner included 1 chicken breaded and eggplant medley

snack: 6 oz soda several cookies and cream puffs.

hands ache. knees ache.

lots of eating during the weekend

I did alot of eating during the weekend but no walking.

Saturday I had cereal, lunch I had open faced cheese sandwich, for dinner I had a turkey burger and a piece of cake

sunday
cereal, coffee, cheeseburger, chips, water, coffee, baked beans, and salad, dinner had salad, leg of lamb slices and mashed potato.

Today I had the left over lamb and the roll. I Had one candy bar 1 cup of coffee and lots of water. For Dinner we had zucchini and eggplant with onions and cheese (a honking serving too), and tuna and milk. I had the cooked apples and six cookies.

I went on a 50 minute walk along the beach. I don't know how many steps but I had the pedometer on all day and Just took it off and it was 5665.

The last three days

Wednesday is a semi blank-except for the walk I took that night.

I know I had ton of cookies (half dozen)

Soup and sandwich for dinner

Thursday

2 servings of spaghetti with Marinara Sauce

Walked for an hour last night
